Our prominent client is looking for seasoned techno\-functional Business Analyst for a 6 month contract to begin with possibility of extension for a company wide HRIS implementations.<\/span><\/span>

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b><\/span>
<\/span> <\/div>
  • Evaluate, analyze and optimize HR system performance<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Requirements gathering, meeting with all relevant stakeholders to understand HR needs and efficiently implement into systems
    <\/li>
  • Implement relevant processes and systems in relevant sectors: payroll, workday, etc
    <\/li>
  • Enforce procedure compliance <\/span><\/li> <\/ul>

    <\/div><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>Must haves:<\/b>
    • 5+ years hands on experience in similar HRIS role, ideally have worked with Workday implementation, reporting experience<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Must currently reside inside Ontario, Canada and be legally allowed to work in Canada<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Stellar analytical and problem\-solving skills, communication skills both written and verbal<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Be able to work independently and as part of a team<\/span>
      <\/li> <\/ul>
