CASA Assistant Professor & Director of Tutoring (INTERNAL)
Description of Position
The Center for Academic Success & Advising (CASA) serves the NNU community by
collaborating with students, faculty, and staff to implement best educational practices.
CASA leads by modeling a growth mindset, engaging students in metacognitive processes,
reinforcing resilience, and participating in scholarship to strengthen NNU’s values of truth,
transformation, community, and service. CASA promotes a student-centric approach to
increasing academic success and responsible student engagement through a relational
advising lens.
The CASA Assistant Professor/Director of Tutoring is a member of the CASA team under
the supervision of the center's director and within Academic Services. This person is
integral in helping all NNU students advance in their academic plan of study as they pursue
their educational goals. The position is a 10-month, tenure-track faculty position.

Compensation
The salary will be determined based on the educational background and experience of the
