Job Description:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a long-term care facility. This role offers a consistent schedule with a 48-hour weekly guarantee.

Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
Take and record vital signs accurately
Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Provide emotional support and companionship
Assist with meals and feeding as needed
Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident areas
Follow care plans and facility guidelines
Document all patient care activities accurately

Qualifications:
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
Experience in long-term care or nursing home setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and committed to full weekly hours requirement
