- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Schedule: Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Float: As needed within facility
- Orientation: 16 hours (non-billable)
Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patient care in a rehabilitation and long-term care (LTC) facility. The role involves providing hands-on assistance with daily living activities while ensuring patient safety and comfort in a structured care environment.

Patient Ratios:
- Days: 1:10
- Nights: 1:20
- Weekends: 1:12
- Experience: Minimum 1 year required
- First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with ADLs (bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting)
- Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Maintain hygiene and skin integrity
- Assist with equipment (Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, beds)
- Document patient data accurately
- Follow infection control protocols
- Respond to patient needs and call lights
- Report changes in patient condition
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
Required Qualifications
- Active CNA Certification
- Minimum 1 year of LTC/rehab experience
- Strong patient care and ADL skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Travel CNA experience
- Skilled nursing or rehab background
- Familiarity with vital sign equipment
- Strong infection control knowledge
