Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care (Nights)

Location: Paonia, CO

Assignment Details

• Shift: Night Shift (12 Hours)
• Schedule: Variable Nights (Thursday–Saturday focus)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced RN to provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting during night shifts. The role focuses on patient safety, clinical monitoring, and effective care coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Educate patients and families

Required Qualifications

• Active RN License (CO or Compact)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• LTC experience preferred
