Lead the design and delivery of regulatory reporting and operational solutions, partnering with Operations, Compliance, Risk, and IT. Focus on modern data architectures, integration, and high-performance server-side development.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of core Java server-side development
- Strong experience with XML, Spring, and Apache Camel
- Expertise with messaging (Kafka, JMS, ActiveMQ, IBM MQ)
- Strong SQL and experience with major RDBMS (SQL Server, Sybase, etc.)
- Agile development and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, SonarQube)
- Leadership experience guiding small/medium development teams
- Fixed Income trading experience
Preferred Skills:
- Derivatives experience (IRD/FX/CRD)
- Regulatory reporting and collateral management background
- Murex experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
