OVERVIEW

The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting customer journey deployment by leveraging strong technical design, ensuring data quality, and conducting in-depth analyses. This position focuses on creating technical specifications, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and developing reporting solutions that enhance customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in data analytics within fintech, telecommunications, or customer-facing environments. They will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, utilizing tools such as SAS, SQL, and Power BI to deliver actionable insights.

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Contract Length: 24 months, with possibilities for extension or FTE conversion

Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Pay: T4: $46.88  IC: $53.85

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design technical specifications for customer journey deployment to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify data availability, accuracy, and quality across various platforms.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses and investigations to identify issues and derive insights that inform business decisions.
  • Develop comprehensive reporting and measurement solutions that track and enhance customer journeys.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and campaign or journey measurement.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in fintech, telecommunications, or customer-facing environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAS, SQL, Teradata/DBVisualizer, Salesforce CRM, and Power BI.
  • Excellent analytical skills paired with strong communication abilities to effectively engage with stakeholders.
