Over the course of this immersive, unpaid program (offered for academic credit only), interns will gain meaningful insight into the world of book publishing while contributing to real projects that drive our business forward. You’ll learn alongside experienced professionals, develop practical skills in your area of interest, and participate in opportunities designed to broaden your understanding of the publishing industry. Our goal is to help prepare the next generation of publishing talent while fostering a passion for books, art, and culture.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a student interested in digital marketing, social media strategy, and consumer engagement within a leading trade publishing company. The Digital & Social Media Intern will work closely with the ABRAMS Digital and Social Media teams on projects spanning the creation, execution, and performance analysis of book-specific and event-driven campaigns.
In this role, the intern will gain hands-on experience supporting major publishing brands such as Diary of a Wimpy Kid and The Lightlark Saga, as well as titles for children and adults created in partnership with Marvel, Lucasfilm, Netflix, and other major licensors. This internship provides exposure to both creative and analytical aspects of digital marketing while offering insight into how publishing brands connect with audiences across platforms.
Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited academic institution. This internship is not open to recent graduates.
