Job Description

The eDiscovery Project Manager oversees all aspects of the eDiscovery lifecycle for litigation and regulatory matters, providing hands-on consulting, technical execution, and project leadership. Key responsibilities include conducting assessment meetings, advising attorneys and clients on best practices for data preservation, collection, and review, managing data processing and quality control, and ensuring compliance with technical and procedural requirements. The role requires proficiency with platforms like RelativityOne and Everchron, delivering end-user training, handling administrative duties, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and maintain confidentiality and time records. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with at least seven years of eDiscovery or litigation support experience—preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm—and technical expertise with industry-standard tools. Relativity certifications and programming skills are preferred.
