Candidates must demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and maintain confidentiality and time records. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with at least seven years of eDiscovery or litigation support experience—preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm—and technical expertise with industry-standard tools. Relativity certifications and programming skills are preferred.
