About Our Opportunity
We are seeking an ERP Business Analyst to work in the Philadelphia Corporate office. The ERP Business Analyst is responsible for all aspects of support for JDE EnterpriseOne application and users.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business users to identify process improvement opportunities and translate business requirements into a functional solution.
- Responsible for managing customizations to the software including gathering business and technical requirements, creating project work plans, writing functional specifications, testing, and documenting process changes.
- Daily support for functional users of JDE applications.
- Configuration of JDE to fit current and future business processes.
- Provide primary on-call support for JDE and related applications.
- Conduct user workshops and training sessions.
- Prepare user test scripts and oversee software testing.
- Prepare business process maps.
- Participate in special projects and new implementations.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with the JDE Distribution, Financials and Manufacturing modules (specifically Sales Order Entry, Procurement, Forecasting, Inventory, Shop Floor Management, Work Order Processing, Quality, MRP/DRP, Advanced Pricing, General Accounting, A/R and A/P)
- Excellent communications skills, as candidate will be interacting regularly with upper management as well as with end users.
- Disciplined work ethic and the type of personality that would thrive in an autonomous work environment
- Ability to work in a team based atmosphere when necessary
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize while still meeting deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
- Minimum of three (4) years’ experience working with JDE EnterpriseOne required, preferably for a distribution related business.
- Any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
