Responsibilities

Clean, validate, and standardise HR and payroll data in HRPS

Support onboarding/offboarding process digitalisation and coordination with HR, Tech, and Admin teams

Gather requirements and support stakeholder engagement for process improvements

Assist in data migration, documentation, and SOP updates

Support change management, user guides, training, and project tracking
Requirements

Diploma in Business, HR, IT, or related field

Strong Excel skills; knowledge of Power Query, RPA, or automation tools is a plus

Experience in data cleaning, validation, or process improvement

Familiar with SharePoint and collaboration tools

Good coordination, analytical, and communication skills

Detail-oriented and able to handle large datasets
Duration/ Working hours:
6 months contract (Immediate)
Mon to Fri: 42 hours per week
