HRIS Intern

First Community Credit Union is offering a nine-week, full-time (40 hr/week) paid internship opportunity based in Houston, TX for an individual looking to pursue a career in Human Resources from 6/8/2026 - 8/7/2026. During the course of this internship, the HR Intern will be working on building a workflow process within our HRIS platform (UKG). They will collaborate with the VP of Human Resources and various vendors in order to achieve this task. In addition, they will be working with other aspects of Human Resources to understand the overall work cycle within the department to better understand how to maximize efficiencies within the desired workflows. The qualified candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an HR or Analyst related field.

The Human Resources Intern will gain valuable knowledge regarding all aspects of the HR function at FCCU, provide support to management, and work with HR staff to support daily operations.

Requirements: Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or graduate-level degree in Human Resources or related field
