About Us: Established in 1975 by an act of the Virginia General Assembly, the Capital Region Airport Commission owns and operates Richmond International Airport (RIC). The Commission directs the growth, operation and business activities of RIC and works tirelessly to ensure it continues to be an affordable option for local, regional, and out-of-state travelers.  

 

About the Role: We are seeking an HR Intern to support our HR team initiatives with a focus on full-cycle recruitment process. This internship offers hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and recruiting operations, with exposure to employer branding and onboarding activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong interest in recruiting and talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with ATS or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus

Required Skills: 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
