Education & Qualifications: Minimally completed first year in food science or related degree program.
Summary: The position is mainly responsible for monitoring critical control points and the filling process as well as completing laboratory tests. Additional activities may include assisting with inspections, reviewing specifications and assisting with R&D tasks. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Essential Functions:
· Monitor critical control points
· Complete laboratory testing of production and retain samples
· Monitor production line, specifically filling process
· May review ingredient, raw material and product specifications
· May assist with inspections and R&D tasks
Other Responsibilities:
· Maintain and protect employee, customer, and consumer confidentiality.
· Report to and from work at assigned time.
· Provide help and support to co-workers as needed.
· Adhere to dress code policy.
· Complete other duties as assigned.
