The Rightsholder Relations (RHR) Intern will utilize their strong research and communication skills to find contacts for and complete outreach efforts across rightsholder organizations to help accelerate inventory acquisition (particularly around AI offerings), assist with data sourcing and cleanup more generally, and enable stakeholder diversification for strategic accounts. The position will interact externally with specified rightsholder organizations to drive AI service enrollment. The position will also interact internally with a range of CCC colleagues as a rightsholder-facing team member. 

CCC has a hybrid/remote work philosophy. The selected candidate for this position will be working at least one to two days a week in our Danvers, MA headquarters from June 8, 2026 through August 14, 2026. 

What you will be doing:

  • Research contacts at rightsholder organizations for AI offerings
  • Research & update strategic account contacts including current titles, LinkedIn links, phone numbers, and email addresses with an eye toward expanding and clarifying connections between senior leaders and other influencers
  • Act as an escalation point for communications related to the Publisher Portal transition
  • May be accountable for other results and activities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must have completed at least one year of college
  • Excellent research and communication skills
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Outlook, Excel, and Word proficiency required, and Salesforce and LinkedIn experience preferred
  • Self-starter with ability to work with limited oversight
  • Good phone and email presence
  • Must have completed at least one year of college
