We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Internet Appointment Coordinator to support our dealership's Business Development Center and Sales teams.
This role serves as the first point of contact for many customers, managing incoming online leads and phone inquiries, with the primary goal of guiding customers to scheduled showroom appointments or facilitating a smooth handoff to a salesperson when appropriate.
This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication ability, and a passion for customer service. Starting pay is to be determined based on qualifications and experience.
Schedule: 11am-8pm Tuesday-Saturday
