We are looking for a Full-time BDC Representative for our sales department who will be responsible for successfully following up with customers after their vehicle inquiries, handling inbound phone calls and scheduling sales appointments.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer.
Answer incoming calls
Answer customer online inquires by email, phone, and text
Follow up & reschedule no show appointments
Follow up with customers to ensure their visit was to satisfaction
Work with our sales department to ensure customers' needs are being met.

Previous dealership customer service or sales experience a huge plus
