Internet Sales Manager – Honda of Downtown LA

Honda of DTLA is looking for a driven, customer-focused Internet Sales Manager to join our high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in digital communication, enjoys helping customers, and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to online leads via phone, email, and text
  • Build rapport with customers and guide them through the sales process
  • Set and confirm appointments for in-store visits
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up processes
  • Collaborate with management to meet and exceed sales targets
