The Internet Manager at Shottenkirk Automotive Group is responsible for managing and overseeing the company's online presence and digital marketing strategies. This role requires strong analytical and technical skills, as well as a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
Responsibilities:
Make a minimum 50 calls per day.
Make a minimum 20 contacts per day.
Must listen to a minimum 20 calls per day.
Maintain 13% internet closing.
Maintain 35% phone closing.
Keep lead response time at 10 mins or less.
Turn off sales person leads when necessary.
Turn off sales person leads due to schedule.
Dig for business 3 days or older.
Must confirm new set sales appointments within 10 mins of setting.
Post salesperson closing percentages.
Verify leads are being responded to correctly per lead origin.
Take phone ups when sales are unavailable.
Do not let sales people leave with overdue tasks.( Teach them to manage time )
Help credit back honda leads
Verify website is correct and up to date.
Monitor car wars crisp certification
