TITLE: Investments Intern

JOB OVERVIEW: 

We’re seeking an Investment Intern to join our Orlando-based Home Office team and gain hands-on experience across Margaritaville’s growing hospitality ecosystem. This internship offers the chance to work closely with the CIO, analyzing new opportunities, supporting active projects, and contributing to key financial decisions across our Hotels & Resorts, Restaurants, Margaritaville at Sea, and more.

• Support financial analysis and research for new business opportunities
• Assist in tracking and evaluating the performance of existing properties
• Help prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Help prepare annual reports and update performance annual performance information
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential growth areas
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and strategic initiatives
• Interact with licensee partners and debt and equity investors
• Organize and maintain key project data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
• Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or determined by management
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as established in the Team Member Handbook

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter who can take ownership of tasks and work independently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Good judgment and decision-making abilities
• Prior internship experience in hospitality, real estate, or finance is encouraged

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Student pursuing a degree in hospitality, finance, real estate, business, or a related field

OTHER:

• Minimal travel may be required
• Based in Orlando, FL
