Java Owl Coffee House Team Member

Java Owl Coffee House in Nassau Bay is looking for a few motivated individuals to join our Java Owl team and provide CARE, COMMUNITY and COFFEE

Motivated, energetic, and consistently growing team members will have the opportunity to to move forward and learn every position as they grow. Hourly pay does not include tipshare (Tipshare eligible after successful completion of training).

Growth path and rate increase opportunities.

Preferred scheduling and some benefits can be earned.

Responsibilities

• Product quality, Overall Shift and Coffee House Cleanliness
• Building customer and community relationships
• Willing to learn new things every day and continue to grow.
• Recipe and system adherence

Looking for the following:

• MINIMUM 4 SHIFTS PER WEEK (INCLUDES FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS)
• FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY (ABILITY TO WORK AM OR PM SHIFTS)
• RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Current TABC and Health Certificates a plus.
• Ability to identify and act on opportunities in customer service, drinks quality, and team building.
• Able to adapt to constantly changing flow and operations- RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE A PLUS.
