Java Technical Lead

Our client is seeking Java Technical Leads with strong experience in enterprise integration and event-driven architectures. This role requires hands-on development expertise combined with technical leadership across scalable integration solutions.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Lead development of enterprise integration solutions using Java technologies
• Design and implement scalable event-driven architectures
• Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Build and support integrations using Apache Camel and Kafka
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
• Support system design, architecture reviews, and implementation best practices
• Participate in troubleshooting, optimization, and production support activities

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Camel
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures
• Proven technical leadership experience within enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of integration middleware and distributed systems
• Ability to design and implement scalable integration solutions
• Insurance domain experience preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
