Job Summary |
The primary responsibility of the Junior Business Analyst (Jr BA) is to support business and technology initiatives by assisting with requirements gathering, documentation, process analysis, and coordination activities under the guidance of a Business Analyst or Development Manager. This role builds foundational analysis, communication, and systems‑thinking skills while contributing to delivery efficiency across projects and production support workstreams. |

Regular interaction with business stakeholders, fellow analysts, developers, QA team members, and project staff to support documentation, analysis, and delivery activities. The role also includes routine communication with the Development Manager or assigned Business Analyst for guidance, prioritization, and feedback. Collaboration focuses on gathering information, validating understanding, tracking action items, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions, with occasional interaction with senior leadership through prepared materials and meeting support. |
