YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO A POSITIVE IMPACT

As part of the Algorithms team, you will contribute to the design and development of solutions integrating machine learning to add value or new functionalities to our large-scale software product portfolio.

In addition to working in an agile environment, a data science role at GIRO means:

• Analyzing problems and thinking critically about new challenges in order to propose innovative software solutions.

• Participating in all stages of the design and development of applications using statistical methods or machine learning, including: Data manipulation and transformation Model selection, training, and validation Programming and integration into our software product suite

• Documenting and testing developments.

• Providing technical support to development and project teams that use the functionalities developed by your team.

• Staying up to date with the latest advances in data science.
  

THE SKILLS THAT WILL MAKE YOU A KEY MEMBER OF THE TEAM

• A completed Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in data science or a similar role.

• Solid knowledge of applying statistical techniques, machine learning, and deep learning to solve real-world problems in prediction and natural language processing.

• Experience integrating a Large Language Model (LLM) into software (prompting techniques, RAG, MCP).

• Strong interest in and solid command of Python and C++ programming.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-specialists.

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

• Enjoys working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

• Proficiency in French, both written and spoken.
