Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for an Junior Project Manager, Store Design based in New York City.
The role:
You will drive the successful delivery of Clarins’ retail environments, bringing our vision of responsible, innovative, and customer-centric beauty to life through seamless store design and execution. You are a collaborative, detail-driven project leader who thrives at the intersection of creativity, operations, and impact.
What you’ll do:
In an environment where Clarins is accelerating product innovation and strengthening customer proximity, you will play a critical role in bringing this strategy to life through world-class retail execution.
- End-to-end project and installation management: Oversee all store installations and refreshes from initiation to close (including travel as required), manage timelines, budgets and resources, issue project briefs, track punch lists, and prepare post-mortems.
- Construction, millwork, and field administration: manage full construction lifecycle (GC/millwork bidding, awards, shopfitters), review/interpret drawings for compliance, handle contract/change order administration and documentation control.
- Maintenance, repair and field support: Act as primary contact for maintenance/repair requests, triage and route VM requests, track project closings and LOA chargebacks to resolution.
- Procurement, financial governance and vendor management: create/manage POs and invoice approvals, initiate request orders (e.g., millwork, fixtures, tiles), maintain real-time budget tracker with Finance, prepare bid evaluations and recommend vendor/G.C. awards.
- Visuals, photography, and continuous improvement: coordinate visuals/photography and asset schedules with VM, field and store teams; compile KPI reporting, lessons-learned and process improvement recommendations while maintaining a single source of project truth for stakeholders.
You are:

- Able to work autonomously on projects
You have:
- Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design required
- 3-5 years experience in Project Management Proficiency in AutoCad, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings, and millwork shop drawings
