INNOVIM is seeking a JWICS (Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System) & SAP (Special Access Program) Engineer support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract.

The candidate will:
- Specialize in the administration and operations of a JWICS environment and performs cybersecurity compliance, operational sustainment, and other general IT tasks as needed to ensure continuous performance.
- Build, maintain, and configure Windows workstations and thin clients.
- Perform administrative operations and maintenance functions of hardware and software.
- Download and install critical patches on systems in accordance with MDA rules and guidelines.
- Troubleshoot system errors or user issues.
- Track resource utilization and performance of systems.
- Perform modifications and upgrades as needed.
- Coordinate efforts with other work centers and personnel to resolve Remedy Incidents related to systems and supporting infrastructure.
- Provide SAP support as needed.
- Assist in other Systems Engineering/Administration duties to which may be assigned.
Basic Requirements:
- Must have 8, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience, which may be reduced with completion of advanced education
- Must have 4 years of directly related experience
- Must have a current DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II Certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+ CE Certification) Must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI Security Clearance
Desired Requirements:
- Have Systems Administration/Engineering experience managing Windows desktops, servers and office products
- Have experience with HP workstation and thin clients
- Have experience with Windows 10
- Have experience with Networking and Cybersecurity
- Have experience with Remedy Incident and Change Management
This position is expected to pay $95,000 – $110,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
