Your Role & Responsibilities

 

As the Lead .NET Developer, you will:

 

• Lead, architect, prototype, design, develop, and deploy complex .NET and cloud-based applications
• Provide strong technical leadership and mentorship to development teams while enforcing best practices and coding standards
• Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, business analysts, and broader teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Implement Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design principles
• Integrate .NET applications with third-party APIs, enterprise databases, and Azure cloud services
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and long‑term maintainability
• Lead code reviews, drive continuous quality improvements, and ensure adherence to development standards
• Design, manage, and enhance CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across development and production environments
• Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and data‑privacy standards
• Support architectural planning, technology selection, and long‑term technical roadmap development
• Prepare technical documentation and lead knowledge‑transfer sessions

 

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

 

• 15+ years of total software development experience
• 5+ years developing applications using .NET and Microsoft technologies
• 5+ years combined experience as a Technical Team Lead / Senior .NET Engineer with mentoring responsibilities
• 7+ years of combined experience with Angular, React, or Blazor
• 5+ years writing and deploying applications in Azure using CI/CD pipelines
• Strong experience with API development, distributed systems, microservices, and cloud‑native design
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and database performance analysis
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate across technical and business stakeholders

 

Bonus Points If You Have

• Bachelor’s, Associate degree, or higher in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years leading collaborative requirement‑to‑architecture sessions
• 8+ years working with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• 3+ years with Azure Functions, App Services, Event Grid, Logic Apps, Event Bus, Azure Identity Services (including CIAM)
• 5+ years with API design, microservices, distributed systems, and performance monitoring in Azure
• 10+ years writing automated unit tests
• Experience in enterprise, hybrid work environments
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills

 

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
• Microsoft certifications in Azure or .NET are a plus, not a requirement

$137,000–$147,000 annually or $78–$83 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
