Position Overview

The Internet Sales Consultant is the first point of contact for many of our customers. This role is responsible for responding to inbound leads, building rapport quickly, and converting digital conversations into showroom appointments and vehicle sales.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment where responsiveness, communication, and follow-through drive success. If you thrive on momentum, enjoy connecting with people, and are motivated by performance-based earnings—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound internet leads (text, email, phone, chat) quickly and professionally
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand needs and build trust
- Set and confirm appointments for showroom visits
- Follow up consistently to move customers through the sales process
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff and customer experience
- Stay organized and manage a high volume of active conversations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (texting, email, phone)
- High sense of urgency and responsiveness
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Positive, team-first attitude with a competitive drive
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred (but not required):
- Sales, customer service, call center, or automotive experience
- Experience working with CRM tools or lead management systems
