- 3 x 12-hour night shifts per week
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Holiday coverage required
Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a Long Term Care setting. The role includes supervising daily nursing activities during night shifts while ensuring safe, compliant, and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily nursing activities during assigned shift
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with ADLs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
- Support rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
- Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare EMR
- Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams
Required Qualifications
- Active Colorado LPN License
- Minimum 3 years of experience in LTC, hospital, or similar clinical setting
- Current BLS/BCLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- IV certification
- Experience with PointClickCare EMR
Additional Requirements
- Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) check required
- Reliable transportation required (rural location)
