Position Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Outpatient Clinic

Location: Waimea, Hawaii
Job Type: Contract (Outpatient Clinic)
Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, as needed)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (80 hours biweekly required)
Guaranteed Hours: Not Guaranteed

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for an outpatient clinic setting. This role supports multiple departments including Family Practice, Behavioral Health, OB/GYN, and Urgent Care. The LPN will be required to float between clinic locations as needed while delivering safe, high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic environment
• Assist providers during examinations and clinical procedures
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately in Cerner
• Support multiple service lines including Family Practice, Behavioral Health, OB/GYN, and Urgent Care
• Float between clinic locations based on operational needs
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain effective communication with providers and clinical staff
• Support smooth patient flow in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license (required)
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient or clinic experience
• BLS/BCLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (required)
• Experience in Family Practice, Behavioral Health, Internal Medicine, or similar settings (preferred)
• Ability to work flexible schedules and multiple clinic locations
