Enlace leads multiple collaborative networks including the Little Village Neighborhood Network, Violence Prevention Collaborative, Little Village Youth Safety Network, Little Village Education Collaborative, Little Village Immigration Collaborative, and PAES (Promoviendo, Abogando y Educando por la Salud). These networks unite partners across schools, community-based organizations, health providers, elected officials, and resident leaders. Together, we work to create strong schools, healthy families, safe streets, and a thriving community rooted in dignity and justice. 


Position Overview: 

The Neighborhood Network Coordinator, under the supervision of the Director of Networks and Community Partnerships,  drives day-to-day execution for the Little Village Neighborhood Network. This role manages logistics, partner coordination, documentation, and basic data collection/QA to keep Steering and subcommittees moving efficiently. The Coordinator supports community engagement events, managing relationships with partners, and ensuring effective internal/external communications in partnership with the Director of Networks & Community Partnerships and the Director of Data & Impact. 


Key Responsibilities: 

Coordination & Logistics 

  • Schedule meetings; prepare agendas and packets; capture minutes and action items; track follow-ups. 
  • Maintain a live action register, shared drive organization, calendars, and contact lists. 

Partner Support & Documentation 

  • Help facilitate smooth interaction to facilitate cooperation and information sharing, including serving as point of contact for partner updates Collect sign-ins, MOUs, artifacts, and other documents, as needed. 
  • Prepare decision packets and summaries for escalations to Steering. 

Data & Reporting Support (Collaborates closely with Data and Impact team) 

  • Collect monthly metrics using agreed templates; conduct basic QA and submit on time. 
  • Update status trackers and dashboards; compile inputs for quarterly reports and public updates. 

Events & Community Engagement 

  • Coordinate logistics for network meetings, retreats, community forums, training (space, vendors, outreach, accessibility, translation). 
  • Draft and format bilingual communications (emails, flyers, slides).

Operations & Compliance 

  • Process small procurements and reimbursements; support vendor paperwork within budget parameters. 
  • Maintain accurate files for compliance (agendas, minutes, sign-ins, MOUs, reports).

Requirements

Additional Qualifications: 

  • 2–5+ years of project or program coordination experience in community/nonprofit settings.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management and documentation habits.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace/Office; familiarity with spreadsheets/CRMs and basic data QA.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred; comfort supporting public-facing meetings and events. 

Compensation: The salary range for this position annually is between $50,000 and $60,000. Salary is commensurate with experience in addition to the generous benefits package listed below.

Retirement program. Enlace Chicago offers a voluntary 403(B) plan which begins at a 1% contribution. Enrollment is available after a 90-day grace period beginning on the first day of employment. An enrollment packet will be mailed to you. 


Paid time off. You will receive 96 hours of Upon Hire hours, which will be prorated depending on your start date. After your 3rd month, you will accrue 3.33 hours per pay period or a total of 6.66 per month. All vacation days are considered above and beyond the approved holiday schedule. Enlace has 12 paid holidays with a Holiday week between Christmas and New Year’s Day that will not be deducted from your PTO.
