The team works closely with architects, interior designers, and luxury home builders to deliver high-end, custom cabinetry solutions while maintaining the highest level of quality and long-term market value.

The Position:
The Luxury Cabinet Designer is responsible for managing the full sales and design process for high-end residential cabinetry projects, including client relations, design development, and revenue generation.

  • $75,000+ Base Salary (Depending on Experience)

Requirements:
The role is to be the lead Luxury Cabinet Designer and Sales professional for high-end residential projects. You will oversee the design and sales process from initial client consultation through final design approval. A proven background in high-end luxury sales and custom cabinetry design is required.

The role will develop based on the needs of the business. Increased quality, efficiency, client satisfaction, and profitability are the primary goals for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Mon–Fri
  • Combination of showroom, client meetings, and design work
  • Work directly with high-net-worth clients on custom cabinetry design
  • Design luxury cabinetry layouts for high-end residential homes
  • Utilize Mozaik software, Cabinet Vision, or similar design platforms
  • Present designs, pricing, materials, and finishes to clients
  • Collaborate with builders, architects, and interior designers
  • Manage projects from concept through final approval
  • Drive revenue through a consultative, design-focused sales approach
  • Maintain strong relationships with repeat and referral clients
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Other responsibilities may be required
