What You’ll Own

  • Lead the development and execution of multichannel internal communication strategies aligned to key business priorities
  • Create compelling content across email, intranet, newsletters, employee platforms, and leadership communications
  • Own and manage the editorial calendar in partnership with senior communications leadership
  • Support enterprise-wide change, transformation, and employee engagement initiatives through strategic messaging
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication across teams and functions
  • Use data, feedback, and channel analytics to continuously improve communication effectiveness
  • Lead internal campaigns that celebrate employees, reinforce culture, and support major company moments
  • Support executive communications tied to town halls, milestone announcements, and enterprise events
  • Help manage and elevate the company’s LinkedIn and employer brand presence
  • Provide guidance and day-to-day support to junior team members

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • 5–7 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, or related functions
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities
  • Proven ability to lead projects, campaigns, and communication workstreams end-to-end
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional partnership skills
  • Experience supporting change communications and employee engagement initiatives
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Experience with digital communications tools and employee engagement platforms
  • Experience within large, matrixed, or global organizations strongly preferred
