Position: Manager Trainee
Immediate Hiring! We’re building a high energy canvassing team and looking for outgoing and motivated individuals. Qualified candidates will learn how to train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers
Responsibilities:
- Canvass older neighborhoods to find old original windows and damage roofing
- Speak with homeowners and educate them on products and financing options for windows, doors, roofing and bathroom
- Schedule FREE in-home consultations and presentations
Qualifications:
- Outgoing and energetic personality
- Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
- Comfortable canvassing neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners
- Reliable transportation (car/truck)
Compensation:
- Salary, Commission & Bonus
- Earnings can range from $50K-$125K per year
