Northwest Talent Solutions is partnering with an enterprise technology organization to hire a Mobile Automation Engineer who will play a key role in improving release quality across mobile and web applications. This is a hands-on SDET-style opportunity focused on building automation frameworks — not just executing manual tests.

If you enjoy solving stability issues, working closely with developers, and creating scalable test automation that directly impacts production releases, we would like to speak with you.

What You'll Do:

• Design and develop automated test frameworks using Java and Selenium

• Build and execute mobile automation using Appium (Android and/or iOS)

• Create functional, regression, and integration test coverage

• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines

• Troubleshoot failures and improve reliability of test suites

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with developers and product teams

• Perform targeted manual testing when needed to validate edge cases

• Support release readiness and production stability

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years in QA, SDET, or Automation Engineering

• Strong Java programming skills

• Experience developing Selenium automation frameworks

• Hands-on mobile testing experience (Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest)

• CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins, GitLab, or similar)

• Familiarity with REST/API testing

• Git version control and Agile development experience

• Strong debugging and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Framework ownership or automation strategy experience

• DevOps exposure

• Experience working in enterprise or product environments

• Test data management or API automation experience

Work Environment:

• Hybrid: 3 days onsite in Alpharetta, GA

• Collaborative Agile team
