JOB SUMMARY:
The Paws Graders in the Giblet Room department is responsible for grading paws on the line and making sure product meets quality expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
Employee must ensure product meets quality.
Ensures all Shanks are removed.
Ensure paws has no missing digits.
Make sure paws has no mutilations.
Team Member must make sure there’s no blood on the paws.
Ensure there is no foreign material at all on all product.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Six months of work history in the last 12 months required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Understanding personal computer applications and tools.
FOOD SAFETY:
Take a proactive role in assuring safe, quality products are produced by immediately addressing any safety or quality concerns.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must have a valid driver’s License.
