Techline Sports Lighting is dedicated to building relationships with customers and focuses on the unique needs of each project seeing it from concept to design all the way through installation and beyond.

 

Techline Sports Lighting is seeking applicants for an entry level project management support role where the qualified candidate will provide customer support and service, troubleshoot sports lighting and controls issues, and maintain documentation through company CRM. 


Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide service and customer support during field visits 
  • Ensure timely professional, courteous response to customers
  • Evaluate and diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Manage and assist with all on-sit installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
  • Document detailed service reports in a timely manner
  • Comply with company safety procedures
  • Work with warehouse team learning and building products
  • Travel required: day and overnight (driving and/or flying required)

 

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Strong analytical mechanical aptitude and trouble shooting
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong written and verbal communication and customer relation skills
  • Must be able to work independently while prioritizing workload and meet deadlines
  • Attention to details, organization and accuracy
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and ability to move around equipment and customer site as needed to diagnose and repair equipment
  • Proficient use of power tools, hand tools, smart phone, and PC

 

Preferred Skills: Salesforce CRM, Excel, Adobe Acrobat

 

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

 

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment and a warehouse environment.   There will be required in-office work, warehouse work, remote work, and customer site work.
