Project Manager - Industrialization

Profile    Reporting to the Manager, Industrialization Program, the Industrialization - Project Manager will be responsible for developing and executing project plans aligned with company manufacturing strategies.  Duties & Responsibilities:   Development, coordination and execution of transformative projects linked to improved production efficiencies Development of manufacturing cell design and plant layout Coordination of projects aligned to company manufacturing capabilities and strategies (Make vs Buy) including business cases Project governance and oversight Education & Experience:   Technical post secondary degree 5+ years of Aerospace work experience in an Engineering/Methods/Manufacturing Environment In depth technical knowledge of Aerospace Manufacturing Systems, Aerospace Engineering Systems and the aircraft Experience in leading project teams and possess strong project management skills Experience in the identification and implementation of New Manufacturing Technologies Knowledge and experience with Lean concepts with a spirit for continuous improvement Skills:   Ability to read and interpret aircraft engineering drawings Ability to communicate well orally and in writing Ability to manage and act on multiple projects and priorities at one time.
