Key Responsibilities:
Lead construction-related planning and execution for experience center builds and renovations.
Coordinate and act as the primary liaison between architects, general contractors (GCs), subcontractors, AV teams, millworkers, and internal stakeholders.
Create, manage and maintain construction schedules, phasing sequences and site logistics to avoid program risks and delays.
Review, interpret and validate architectural, MEP and AV drawings; identify and escalate conflicts early.
Conduct site walks, pre-construction reviews, progress checks, and produce/track punch lists.
Manage budgets, change orders, cost forecasting and risk items; keep project financials and contingency plans up to date.
Oversee RFI and submittal workflows; coordinate inspections and permitting activities.
Ensure construction workflows and detailing align with TSC’s experience-driven design intent and quality standards.
Coordinate commissioning prep and handover activities with technical and AV teams.
Travel for work: approximately 25%
Proven experience managing construction projects or renovations in commercial or experiential environments.
Strong grasp of construction sequencing, RFI processes, submittals, inspections, permitting and contractor management.
Ability to read and review architectural and MEP plans for constructibility and conflicts.
Required Hard Skills & Experience - Project Management:
Able to build and maintain detailed schedules (phasing, milestones, dependencies).
Experience with budget tracking, forecasting and change-order management.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate contractors, vendors and stakeholders across multiple trades.
Required Hard Skills & Experience - Drawings & Documentation:
Proficiency reviewing and redlining construction drawings, submittal reviews and punch lists.
Familiarity with Bluebeam, AutoCAD/Revito or equivalent tools for plan review and markups.
Required Hard Skills & Experience - Site & Safety:
Understanding of job-site safety practices and compliance; experience running onsite meetings, walk-throughs and commissioning prep.
Preferred Experience & Certifications:
5+ years of construction project management or a closely related field.
Experience with AV-heavy construction and coordinating technical trades (strong plus).
Experience coordinating millworker and custom fabrication.
PMP, CMIT, CCM or equivalent project management certification is a bonus (not mandatory).
Experience collaborating closely with architects and engineering teams.
Proficiency with PM tooling such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar.
Tools & Software:
Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revitzo (or similar plan review tools).
Smartsheet, MS Project, or comparable project scheduling platforms.
Familiarity with RFI/submittal tracking software and standard construction documentation workflows.
Additional:
Minimum education: High School required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Onsite/field presence is required; role includes regular site visits and stakeholder coordination.
