          Deliverables Include:
          <\/p>

          •  <\/span>Process Implementation: Support implementation of business processes and provide input to process improvements.
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Operations Support: <\/span>Coordinate client integration to ONE ID, with focus on client engagement, client support, and end\-user authorization.
            <\/span><\/li>
          •   Project Support: Provide project coordination support for product integration initiatives.
            <\/span><\/li>
          •  Documentation: <\/span>Provide input to process documentation, user guides, and operational workflows.
            <\/span><\/li> <\/ul>

             <\/span>Operational responsibilities:
            <\/p>

            • As a subject matter expert, facilitate ONE ID operational activities including stakeholder requests, incidents and escalations within Service Level Agreement timelines.<\/span>
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Execute IAM processes including end\-user authentication and authorization and service implementations.<\/span>
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Engage and communicate with stakeholders and clients to understand and meet their needs.<\/span>
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Design, implement and document process improvements aligned with evolving business needs.<\/span>

              Project Responsibilities:
              <\/p>

              • Serve as subject matter expect for projects requiring ONE ID integration.<\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>
              • Lead requirements elicitation, documentation and validation.<\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>
              • Conduct readiness assessments.<\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>
              • Provide operational support to facilitate project delivery.<\/span>
                <\/span><\/li> <\/ul>

                Service Transformation Responsibilities:
                <\/p>

                • Contribute to process improvements, process redesign, process documentation and Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) design\/execution.<\/span>
                  <\/span><\/li>
                • Support change management activities and produce client communications.<\/span>
