Position Information
Title: School-Based Internship Director
College of Education and Human Development; School of Applied Psychology
Exempt, Full-time, EAM III
Position Summary
The individual in this position is responsible for the administration, development, and coordination of School-Based student practicum and internship clinical site placements for the School of Applied Psychology. Additional duties include supporting program evaluation & assessment, conducting program interviews, and advising. This is a standard 12-month appointment.

Direct Report to: Director of the School of Applied Psychology

Education and Experience
Minimum: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Counseling or a related field.
Preferred: P or K-12 School Counseling, Mental Health, or Professional Counselor license.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Physical Requirements
Duties involve light work in an office and community setting and require a minimum of physical effort with intermittent sitting, standing, climbing stairs, and walking inclines. Must be able to lift 20 pounds, walk the campus with ease, and have excellent motor skills. Must have finger dexterity. Must be able to communicate information and ideas so that others will understand.
