Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in ERP, CRM, and Zoho implementations who is ready to take ownership of complex projects from strategy to deployment.

The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, client-focused, and capable of managing multiple large-scale mandates while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end, including:
  • Business needs analysis
    
  • Solution architecture and design
    
  • Implementation delivery
    
  • Post-deployment support and optimization
    
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong organizational and leadership skills
  
• Supervise and coordinate analysts, developers, and integrators across:
  • CRM & Marketing
    
  • Finance & Operations
    
  • ERP / MRP
    
  • BI & KPI
    
  • AI Integrations
    
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while proactively resolving issues
  
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and financial accountability
  
• Collaborate with leadership and technical teams on architecture and strategic decisions
  
• Support business development initiatives by participating in:
  • Client demos
    
  • Discovery sessions
    
  • Proposal preparation
    
• Document processes, workflows, and implementation standards
  
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer and client training
  

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience implementing ERP, CRM, or business management solutions such as:
  • Zoho
    
  • Sage
    
  • SAP
    
  • Or equivalent platforms
    
• Proven track record managing complex projects with full ownership of:
  • Budget
    
  • Delivery
    
  • Client success
    
• Strong expertise with project management methodologies and tools
  
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
  
• Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and clients
  
• Professional fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Zoho ecosystem:
