As a Senior Business Analyst you will act as a critical bridge between complex business needs and technical execution. You will be responsible for translating high-level FX strategies into actionable technical requirements, ensuring the global platform remains robust, scalable, and ahead of market trends.
Requirement Engineering & Product Backlog: Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements. Transform these into high-quality User Stories and Acceptance Criteria within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.
Strategic Solution Design: Partner with Architects and Leads to propose IT solutions that align with the long-term FX roadmap. Ensure technical designs solve immediate business pain points while minimizing technical debt.
Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the primary liaison between Front Office Trading, Business Management, and BCS (Business Control Services) to ensure alignment on delivery priorities and regulatory mandates.
Deep-Domain Analysis: Conduct end-to-end impact analysis on the global FX platform, specifically focusing on:
Pricing & Quoting: Low-latency price discovery and distribution.
Execution: Electronic and voice trading workflows (STP).
Risk & Reporting: Real-time position monitoring, P&L attribution, and regulatory reporting (e.g., MiFID II, Dodd-Frank).
Knowledge Management: Modernize and maintain the internal knowledge base by documenting "as-is" and "to-be" workflows using BPMN diagrams, data flow maps, and API specifications.
FIC Technology: Collaborate with engineering hubs in various cities to oversee global deployments.
Global FX Trading: Work directly with spot, forward, and NDF traders to optimize execution tools.
Control Functions: Partner with Compliance and Finance to ensure all technology builds meet stringent audit and capital reporting standards.
Tenure: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale digital transformations.
Industry Expertise: Extensive experience within Capital Markets/Financial Services, with a deep understanding of the trade lifecycle.

Agile Maturity: Practical experience working within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) or similar enterprise-level framework.
Quant/Trader Collaboration: Experience "speaking the language" of quantitative analysts to translate mathematical models into production code.
FX Domain Mastery: Specific expertise in FX Cash products, including market structure, liquidity provision, and ECN integration.
Advanced Data Analysis: Expert-level Excel (VBA, Power Query) for rapid prototyping and data validation.
Database Querying: Proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, profiling) to perform independent data analysis and troubleshoot trade-flow issues.
Tools: Familiarity with Jira/Confluence for lifecycle management and Visio/LucidChart for process modeling.
