We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support business transformation, process improvement, and technology initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze processes, define requirements, and support the delivery of solutions that improve operational effectiveness and achieve business objectives.
This role requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively in complex environments and support initiatives from concept through implementation.
Lead business analysis activities for complex projects and initiatives.
Elicit, analyze, document, validate, and manage business, functional, non-functional, reporting, and data requirements.
Document current-state and future-state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct gap analyses and recommend solutions to address business challenges and opportunities.
Develop process maps, workflows, use cases, user stories, business rules, and other analysis artifacts.
Ensure requirements are clearly documented, traceable, and aligned with business objectives.
Support testing activities, including requirements validation, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and user experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and evaluate solution options.
Assess business impacts, dependencies, risks, and implementation considerations.
Support solution design activities by providing business context and requirements clarification.
Assist with implementation planning, transition activities, and post-implementation reviews.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, meetings, and working sessions with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Build strong relationships with business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
Communicate project updates, findings, recommendations, and requirements to stakeholders and leadership.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
Support organizational change and business readiness activities related to new processes, systems, or ways of working.
Assist with stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and knowledge transfer activities.
Help identify and mitigate adoption risks and barriers to successful implementation.
Ensure business analysis deliverables meet organizational standards and best practices.
Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies as appropriate.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies, tools, and templates.
Provide guidance and support to team members when required.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
Experience supporting business transformation, process improvement, or technology-related initiatives.
Strong knowledge of business analysis principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience gathering, documenting, and managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Strong process mapping, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
Proficiency with business analysis, documentation, and presentation tools.
Experience working on large-scale organizational or technology initiatives.
Relevant professional certifications such as CBAP, PMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or Change Management certifications.
Experience mentoring junior analysts or contributing to business analysis practice development.
