We are hiring our first Data Analyst to build and own the data foundation for a rapidly growing GPU marketplace. This is a high-impact position working directly with leadership to define and deliver the metrics that drive company-wide decisions. You will translate complex, highly technical AI infrastructure data into clear, actionable business insights. This role offers a clear path toward future leadership as the data team grows.

What You’ll Do
Define, build, and maintain key business metrics
Establish reliable data foundations and reporting standards
Work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders
Transform complex marketplace and compute data into actionable insights
Build dashboards and reporting using Hex, Metabase, PostHog
Ensure data accuracy through debugging and quality processes
Support strategic decision-making with data-driven analysis

Requirements
4–8 years of experience in data analytics (startup experience preferred)
Strong SQL and Python skills for analysis
Experience with data debugging and quality assurance processes
Experience with BI/dashboarding tools (Hex, Metabase, PostHog or similar)
Experience collaborating with technical teams or technical products
Strong communication skills and ability to explain insights to leadership
Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments

Nice to Have
Experience in GPU compute infrastructure or cloud computing
Data engineering skills or familiarity with data pipelines
Experience in high-growth, early-stage technical companies
Exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable receiving direct feedback and iterating quickly
