About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Front-End Angular Developer to design and implement high-performance, data-rich user experiences for our Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. The successful candidate will engage in the development of modern Angular applications for both desktop and mobile web platforms. This role requires collaboration with UX designers, product owners, and back-end engineers, spanning the entire process from initial discovery to final delivery. The candidate will be responsible for shaping features comprehensively, focusing on component architecture, state management, and the creation of polished user interfaces. Given the seniority of this position, strong technical judgment and a discerning eye for design are essential qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build Angular UIs that feel polished and perform well on every screen size
- Translate Figma designs into production UI, collaborating closely with UX
- Build complex reactive forms - validation, masking, multi-step flows
- Optimize performance on large datasets and real-time streams
- Contribute to the shared component library and design system
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years Angular
- Strong TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS
- Responsive / mobile-web design skills
- Passion for design - genuine care for visual polish
