Senior Oracle ERP Project Manager | Financial Systems | Global Projects

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager who will lead complex, global financial‑systems initiatives with a focus on Oracle ERP. This role requires a seasoned PM who can operate independently, manage cross‑regional stakeholders, and drive full project lifecycle delivery across LATAM, EMEA, and North America. The ideal candidate brings deep financial‑systems experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage confidently with C‑suite leaders.

Contract Duration: 6 months | W2

Requirements:

• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage global project execution across LATAM, EMEA, and NA regions.
• Oversee Oracle ERP initiatives, including data migration and financial‑module integrations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration across business, technical, and regional teams.
• Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and project governance processes.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Lead meetings independently and drive decision‑making with senior stakeholders.
• Lead full lifecycle financial‑systems projects, from planning through delivery and closure.

Qualifications/Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Oracle data migration experience.
• Experience engaging with C‑level stakeholders.
• Experience delivering 5+ full project lifecycles.
• 5–10 years of Project Management experience.
• Strong background in financial‑systems projects.
• Global project experience across LATAM, EMEA, and NA.
• Proficiency with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle ERP (Oracle EBS preferred)
• Ability to work independently, ramp up quickly, and lead meetings confidently.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP certification (nice to have)
• Experience in large enterprises or multinational environments.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.
