What The Position is About:
- Oversee and inspect the planning, execution, and completion of projects to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
- Manage the installation team, ensuring continuous improvement and training
- Prepare and review scope of work and change orders
- Conduct pre-construction walkthroughs
- Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress, quality, safety, cleanliness, and site security
- Oversee crew coordination and scheduling
- Ensure material accuracy and readiness
- Review proposals and contracts
- Assist in resolving construction issues to maintain productivity
- Timely and accurately read, interpret, and update paperwork throughout the course of the project
- Consistently communicate with customers about their projects to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform close-out, inspections, and job completion sign-offs
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- 2+ years of multi-trade project management experience within the exterior remodeling industry
- Subcontractor leadership experience
- Tech savvy (Acculynx, Netsuite, JobNimbus, BuilderTrend, etc.)
- Strong general construction and building envelope knowledge
