Salary Range: $110K - $115K

This position requires strong expertise in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence. As a Data Analyst, Level 3, you will support enterprise initiatives by transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, building scalable reporting solutions, and ensuring data integrity across systems. You’ll collaborate closely with business and technical teams—translating requirements into clear, data-driven deliverables that inform strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced data analysis and develop dashboards/reports using SQL, Python, and BI tools.
  • Support data modeling and ETL processes to ensure accuracy and scalability.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.
  • Conduct data quality checks and implement governance standards.
  • Assist in API data integration and documentation for reporting systems.
  • Provide insights through statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Prepare clear documentation, including data dictionaries, flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Participate in QA testing for data-related components.
  • Communicate findings to stakeholders through presentations and visualizations.

 

Qualifications - Required

  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in data analysis, reporting, and data modeling.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline development.
  • Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work full-time in the United States, with the ability to obtain a Sensitive Level Public Trust government clearance.

 

Preferred

  • Advanced certifications such as CAP or AWS Certified Data Analytics.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with API integrations and JSON/XML data formats.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Background in postal, logistics, or financial data domains.
  • Strong understanding of usability principles and experience collaborating on UI/UX design.
  • Prior consulting or professional services experience with client delivery responsibilities.
