Student Worker – IOCP Intern

Purpose/Objective of the Role:
Support the Office of International & Off-Campus Programs (IOCP) in delivering year-round programming and services for international students, with a focus on student engagement, communication, and operational support.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and implementation of programs and events for international and globally mobile students
- Communicate regularly with international students to support their transition, engagement, and overall experience
- Support office operations, including document preparation, data tracking, and administrative tasks
- Prepare materials for communication, publications, and mailings
- Manage and contribute to IOCP social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
- Collaborate on special projects related to international student programming, outreach, and campus integration
Qualifications/Skills:
- Currently enrolled student in good academic standing
- Interest in international education, intercultural engagement, or student support services
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation is preferred
